Perpetual Inventory include continuous stocktaking will ensure all products are fresh; expiration date is the most important aspect of our daily inspection procedures.
Distribution

Sales Force Structure
First of all, U.O.Co. recruits the largest number of sales representatives when compared to similar companies in the whole market. U.O.Co. owns a highly promoted sales force management that gives the analysis, planning, implementation, and control of its sales force strategy, in addition to recruiting , selecting, training, supervising, compensating, and evaluating the performance of our sales people. U.O.Co. salespersons are highly trained to perform one or more of the following activities: prospecting, communicating, servicing, and information gathering. Moreover, each salesperson is assigned to work within a team hired by the company for each partner, to an exclusive quarter or district in a specific city or town, where he sells a specific product or a line of products of a partner. We provide continuous sales training via seminars, sales meetings, and the web through out the sales people’s career.
Trucks
The choice of transportation carriers affects the pricing of products, delivering performance, and conditions of goods when they arrive – all of which affect customer satisfaction. Internationally, trucks have a steady increasing share of transportation as they account for the largest portion of transportation within cities as well as between cities. For this U.O.Co. is proud of its dedicated 80 huge commercial trucks, that go round the cities it covers stop less.
Warehouses
